✅ Warranty Coverage

Your product is covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from the date of delivery.

This includes:

  • Structural components (e.g., body, frame, lids, handles)

  • Burners, ignition systems, and cooking surfaces

  • Manufacturing faults that prevent normal and intended use

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, rust, fading, or heat discoloration)

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or modifications

  • Commercial or non-domestic use

  • Consumable items such as cooking grates, trays, covers, or tools that naturally degrade with use

🔧 Warranty Remedies

If a product issue is confirmed under warranty, Crispello will:

  1. Repair the product, or

  2. Replace the defective part/product with the same or similar model, or

  3. Refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not possible.

📩 How to Make a Warranty Claim

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the repair, replacement, or return process.
